Joni was absolutely fantastic. We were moving from NY to SC and weren't able to get down a lot. Joni went out of her way consistently to help us find a home. She video confenced with us and did walk throughs for us. She even met us on a holiday weekend to show us homes. The level of service was just outstanding and being a military family and moving as many times as we have She by far was the best agent we've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Joni was amazing. We are not from the area. Obviously purchasing a home 7 states away comes with some anxiety. But Joni was an angel sent from heaven. Right away, she impressed us with her honesty. We sent her homes we were interested in initially. She let us know she would be happy to look into those, however gave various reasons why we should take caution with those particular homes. If she was looking for quick commission money, she would have said ok and sold it to us. But her honesty with the properties we sent her was very refreshing. She found us other similar homes but much better quality and better fits. Again, being out of state, she would show up to these homes literally the moment they became available to show, often being the first one to see them. She sent us very detailed videos and her honest thoughts on them. When we did decide on a home, Joni continued to impress and was very helpful through the entire process. She had to do a lot of extra work for us since we were not local and was always available.

When I was first looking for a house, I called several realtors and Joni was the first one that actually picked up. I remember her walking her dogs and speaking to me on the phone about my situation for buying a house and asking me some questions about what I was looking for. This memory stuck in my mind to the type of person Joni is and the work she does for her clients. Throughout the entire process, Joni was always by my side. She made time for me around my schedule and try to accommodate my needs as much as she could. She is the type of relator that will come to your appointment regardless if it was for a 10 - 15 minute check in or a 4-5 hour sit down with a house representative (both of which happened to me). Most importantly, she was HONEST. As a first time home buyer, Joni was up front about everything. If a salesman was trying to pitch something to me, Joni would provide what I call "reality" inputs. She would say things like yes that is very important for x,y, and z reasons or no this is something that you dont need and they are trying to sell you. This is something I truly appreciated. Joni always texted me or called me to check in and see how I was doing. If I had any questions, she was available or if she wasn't, she would find the time to get back to me. Joni made me feel I had someone in my corner throughout the entire process. I really felt that she was not in it for the money, but in it to see my needs and happiness being met. If you are buying a house and looking for a realtor who cares about you, Joni is that person. I cannot recommend her enough and am very grateful for all that she has done.
